- Once we receive the products, we will ask you to create a video in which your child uses them, this must be created and sent to us within 1 week of receiving the items
- The video must be created following the Brief that will be sent to you
- Complimentary products will be selected by us, and once you receive them, you will not have to return them unless you meet the timelines and Brief.
