What is the delivery time? Can it be tracked?
We ship orders within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) after receipt of payment. You can check the delivery terms at this link From the moment the order is received we send a confirmation email, after which a second email with a receipt will follow. When the order is processed you will receive an email directly from the courier containing all the information about the shipment including the tracking number.
How can I wash this garment?
Carefully follow the instructions on the label. The natural bamboo material may shrink up to 3-5% more than cotton. It is therefore recommended to shake the item thoroughly immediately after washing and before drying. Do not tumble dry.
How can I become a Bamboom dealer?
To become a dealer, send us an e-mail to this address: ordini@bamboom.it with your phone number and the address of your shop, we will pass your request directly to the agent in your area.
How do I buy online?
The bamboom.co.uk website is fully operational. You can conveniently add products to your shopping cart, continue shopping or complete your purchase by checking out.
What size is the sleeping bag?
We have two sizes of Sleeping Bags. The smaller one that can be used from 0 to 6 months is 70cm. While the larger size can vary from 90 to 110 cm and is suitable from 6 to 36 months, thanks to a handy button that allows you to gain/string 10cm
How do sizes work and up to what age does Bamboom dress?
The maximum age varies from product to product. On the website you can see the sizes we have available for each item.
Clothes: 0-0M = 44-48 cm, 1M = 50-56 cm, 3M = 62 cm, 6M = 68 cm, 9M = 74-80 cm, 18M = 86-92 cm, 36M= 98-104 cm
Shoes: XS= 0-6M, S= 6-12M, M= 12-18M, L=18-24M
Hats: S=0-4M, M=5-8M, L= 9 months to 2/3 years of age
Bathrobe:
2-4 years = length: 57cm , width 36 cm
4-6 years = length: 70 cm, width: 42 cm
Poncho:0-2years=length47cm ,width 45cm
2-4 years =length 53 cm, width 57 cm
Walking bag:
Igloo mini = length 77 cm, width 35 cm
Igloo Bimbo and Igloo Combi = length 100 cm, width 47 cm, can be used up to 4 years of age.

Does the Air n Go Universal fit all models?
Of course! It conveniently fits all pram and car seat models. The maximum age for use is 3 years.

How and when to use the Bamboom Sling?
The material is stretchy enough to ensure baby's comfort, but less stretchy than normal jersey, so it provides maximum security and containment. The Sling can be used in all seasons, thanks to the breathable and thermal properties of the soft bamboo fibre. On our Instagram profile @bamboomofficial you can find a tutorial on how to wear the sling correctly on the front. You can also, for older babies, use it on the back.
Are the products 100% Made in Italy?
Bamboom is an Italian company and almost all products are made in-house in Italy. The origin of the product is indicated on the label as well as the washing instructions for the product. We have chosen to move some production outside Italy, but always maintaining our high quality standards. All fabrics used boast Oeko-Tex Class 1 certification
