You can send your complaint with the order number and some pictures of the product. We will resolve your case within a few working days.

Product purchased from a retail store
The claim can be made directly to the store where the product was purchased. 

Product received as a gift
If the gift was purchased in our online store, you can send a claim with the order number and some pictures of the product.

If the gift was purchased at a retail store, you can send the claim directly to the store.

If the complaint is justified, you may receive an exchange, refund, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be made within 7 days after the claim is authorized.
