Zone 2 Shipping cost €9.95:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Sweden.
Zone 2+ Shipping charge €14.95:
UK, Switzerland
Zone 3 Shipping 30.00€
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands.

Delivery and Cancellation
Once your order is placed, BAMBOOM will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been shipped. International shipments may be delayed if the package is held up in customs.
To ensure efficient and fast order processing, changes or cancellations cannot be made, so please ensure that your personal information and selected items are accurate at the time of payment.

If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
Shipping and delivery times
Orders are processed after receipt of payment, Monday through Friday excluding holidays and unless otherwise specified.
Orders in Italy (excluding islands) have a delivery time of approximately 1-2 business days, unless delayed by the courier, so delivery times are approximate and therefore not guaranteed.
Orders in Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays and unless otherwise specified), unless delayed by the courier, so delivery times are approximate and therefore not guaranteed.
In the event that a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (incorrectly provided by the customer) or in the event that the parcel is not picked up by the customer at the pickup location, after failed attempts at home delivery, the cost of returning the parcel to the sender will be charged to the recipient.
